Becca attended Bowling Green State University to study biology, launching her veterinary career at the same time by signing on as a Kennel Technician at a nearby animal hospital. By the time she received her degree, she was working as a full-time Veterinary Technician. Becca moved from Ohio to Georgia in the fall of 2016, and joined The Ark Animal Hospital family as a Veterinary Assistant early the following year.

Around the clinic, Becca likes working hands-on with pets and particularly enjoys the treatment and surgery aspect of the job. Most of all, she loves to see the results of her hard work in the form of a happy, healthy animal companion!

When she isn’t caring for pets here at the hospital, Becca can be found spending time at home with her beautiful young daughter.

Lanette is originally from Mableton and began her animal-care journey just out of high school at a clinic in Powder Springs. She’s been caring for pets professionally ever since—in total, Lanette has served as a Veterinary Technician for nearly 30 years! She joined The Ark Animal Hospital family in December of 2012.

When time permits away from work, Lanette enjoys camping and hiking in the great outdoors and spending quality time with her family. She and her teenaged son share their lives with two dogs, a cat, and three pet birds.

Holly is a Georgia native, and studied biology in school before moving to Hiram in 2015. She began working at a local PetSmart, allowing her to gain hands-on experience in the world of pet care, and then began to look for an opportunity in the veterinary field. Holly was thrilled to join The Ark Animal Hospital’s care team in December of 2018—she loves the way the fast-paced clinic environment keeps her on her toes, and her favorite part of the job is meeting new pets and animal owners every single day.

Holly’s interests outside of work include playing softball—she’s played for more than 12 years and has met some of her very best friends through her passion!—and spending time with her own pets at home. She has two cats: Willow, a rambunctious kitten who insists on sleeping on top of Holly every night; and Sage, whose favorite pastime is napping.

Cayce’s career journey began at a boarding facility in Massachusetts, where she learned a lot about animal behavior. In 2017, after welcoming her daughter into the world, Cayce took a brief hiatus from work before relocating to Georgia, where she ended up at another boarding facility. From there, she decided she wanted to pivot to the veterinary field, landed a job at The Ark Animal Hospital in the kennels, and worked her way up to reception. Professionally, Cayce enjoys meeting people and getting to know their pets.

Outside of work, Cayce shares her life with her husband, Cory, her daughter, Scarlette, and their three dogs: a French bulldog named Chester, a pittie mix named Coco, and a beagle/dachshund mix named Nellie. They also have one cat named Mary Margaret, who is convinced that she’s actually human. When she’s not busy working or spending time with her family (two-legged and four), you will likely find Cayce nose-deep in a good book.
